Merchant Portal

Last updated: 2026-08-10

The Merchant Portal gives authorized merchant users self-service control over the API configuration for their account.

Live and Sandbox

Choose the realm before making a change:

Portal selectionAPI realmKey format
Livelivepk_prod_* / sk_prod_*
Sandboxsandboxpk_test_* / sk_test_*

Credentials, webhook URLs, payments, and balances are isolated between the two realms. A configuration change applies only to the selected realm. During account setup, add the public source IPs or CIDR ranges used by your API clients for that realm.

API credentials

The portal shows credential metadata and lets an authorized user rotate the publishable and secret key pair for the selected realm.

Rotation takes effect immediately. Copy the new secret key when it is shown, replace the old credentials in every caller for that realm, and update webhook signature verification at the same cutover. See Authentication.

Webhook URL

Configure the HTTPS endpoint that receives payment updates for the selected realm. Live and Sandbox can use different destinations. After saving a change, verify the current value in the portal and test your receiver before relying on it for reconciliation.

See Webhooks for delivery, retry, signature, and idempotency rules.
